To mark 12 years since Chelsea won the 2012 FA Cup, Sports Mole challenges you to name each member of Roberto Di Matteo's squad.

At the end of the 2011-12 campaign, Chelsea ended their lengthy wait for the Champions League trophy with a dramatic penalty-shootout success over Bayern Munich in Germany.

However, the magnitude of that success means that many people forget that Roberto Di Matteo, a mid-season replacement for Andre Villas Boas, also guided the Blues to their seventh FA Cup.

Despite Andy Carroll halving the deficit for Liverpool midway through the second half, Chelsea held on to record a 2-1 victory over the Merseyside giants at Wembley Stadium.

To mark the 12-year anniversary of that occasion, Sports Mole challenges you to name each member of Chelsea's 18-man squad.
