Group leaders Club Guarani will look to book their place in the Copa Sudamericana knockout rounds when they play host to Huracan on Wednesday.
The visitors, meanwhile, are sitting in fourth position with five points to their name, but they still have an outside chance of finishing in second place.
Match preview
Guarani began their Copa Sudamericana campaign with a heavy 4-1 defeat to Huracan, but they have bounced back with two wins and two draws to move into pole position.
Despite sitting in first position, Guarani still have work to do if they are to book their place in either the last 16 or the playoff round, with three points covering all four teams in the group.
Guarani will progress to the knockout stages with a win, while a failure to secure three points will bring a number of permutations into play.
The Paraguayan side have failed to pick up a win since beating Danubio on May 25, with their last four competitive matches yielding three draws and one defeat.
However, they have utilised home advantage to great effect in the Copa Sudamericana this term, winning two and drawing one of their three home matches across the first stage and group phase.
Huracan have been unable to build upon their opening win over Guarani, having picked up just two points from their last four group games.
The Argentine outfit head into the final matchday in fourth position and two points adrift of second-placed Danubio.
Wednesday's visitors will secure a place in the knockout rounds with a win, but they will be eliminated if they fail to claim all three points.
They are currently enduring a poor run of form, having failed to win any of their last 10 competitive matches since beating Arsenal Sarandi on April 28.
Huracan have also failed to win any of their previous six away games in the Copa Sudamericana, and as a result, they will be looking to claim their first away win in the competition since November 2015.

We say: Guarani 2-0 Huracan
Guarani are unbeaten at home in this season's Copa Sudamericana, and we think that they will maintain that impressive record when they face Huracan, who have lost 10 of their last 11 away games in all competitions.
