Heracles will be looking to end a run of five matches without a victory when they welcome PSV Eindhoven to Erve Asito on Saturday in round 11 of the 2023-24 Eredivisie season.

PSV Eindhoven put on arguably their most impressive performance of the campaign last time out in a 5-2 victory over Ajax in Sunday's meeting at the Philips Stadion.

Peter Bosz's men trailed 1-0 and 2-1 but managed to restore parity on either occasion through Hirving Lozano and Luuk de Jong before two further goals from Lozano and an Ismael Saibari strike put the game to bed.

As a result, the Rood-witten continue to set the pace at the top of the Eredivisie table, five points ahead of nearest challengers AZ Alkmaar.

PSV duo Armando Obispo and Mauro Junior continue to nurse knee injuries as Noa Lang prepares to sit out a fourth straight game with a groin problem.

Armel Bella-Kotchap also misses out for the visitors through injury, but the defender is closing in on making his comeback to first-team action.

Following his three-goal haul against Ajax, Hirving Lozano will head into Saturday's game with the wind in his sails and is one to look out for.

Dutchmen Diego van Oorschot and Jizz Hornkamp remain ruled out for Heracles with leg and ankle injuries respectively, while Nicolai Laursen is unavailable with a damaged knee.

Having fielded a relatively weaker team for his side's cup exit last time out, Dan Hillhouse is expected to ring the changes for this weekend's encounter against more illustrious opponents.
