Can you name every player to have won the Champions League with different clubs?

To celebrate Clarence Seedorf's 44th birthday, Sports Mole challenges you to name the 26 players who have won the European Cup/Champions League with more than one club.

Netherlands legend Clarence Seedorf celebrates his 44th birthday today, giving us the perfect chance to look back on his illustrious career.

The midfielder turned out for the likes of Real Madrid, Inter Milan and AC Milan during his career, in addition to making 87 appearances over a 14-year spell at international level.

Unsurprisingly considering his former clubs, Seedorf boasts an impressive trophy haul, and he holds a unique place in football history as the only player to have won the Champions League with three different clubs.

Indeed, only 25 others have ever lifted the European Cup/Champions League with more than one club - but how many of those can you name?
