Can you name every player to have won the Premier League title with two clubs?

To celebrate N'Golo Kante's 29th birthday, Sports Mole challenges you to name all 10 players who have won the Premier League title with two different clubs.

Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante celebrates his 29th birthday today, giving us a perfect chance to look back on his meteoric rise to a place among the world's elite.

The Frenchman was a relative unknown when he joined Leicester City in 2015, but he inspired the Foxes to the most unlikely of title triumphs during his debut season before leading Chelsea to Premier League glory one year later.

In doing so, Kante joined an exclusive list of players to have won the title in back-to-back years with different clubs, and surprisingly few players have ever even lifted the trophy as members of title-winning squads at different clubs - yet alone in successive years.

Indeed, Kante is one of only 10 players to have achieved that feat, and here Sports Mole challenges you to name the other nine.

Hint: these players did not necessarily have to play enough games to get a winners' medal to be included on the list; one of the players did not play a single game for either club in their title-winning campaigns!
